I had been interested in the Ford Fusion for some time and had visited several local Ford dealers to get information, pricing, availability, ect., but was unable to get the exact model or deal that I wanted.  I had never dealt with Haldeman Ford before, but when my 1996 Ford Taurus finally died on me I emailed Haldeman and recieved an immediate response from Chris Wells, who then spent all the time I needed to learn about what I wanted, and how I could best go about getting the deal I needed.  Within hours I recieved an email back from Chris telling me that he had located two vehicles that met my requirements, one of which was right on their lot.  The price he gave me was right in my wheel house, and he said he could get authorization for the lease, prep the car, prepare the paperwork, and deliver the car right to my door if I needed that.  I met with Chris the next day and he led me through the paperwork,  showed me all of the car's features, took me for a test drive, and within an hour I was on my way with my beautiful new fire red Fusion.  I have bought and leased many cars over my lifetime.  I can honestly say that this was the easiest, and most delightful experience I have ever had buying a car.  Chris was extreamely helpful, sensitive to my plight ( I was car-less), and professional throughout the process.  He got me the exact car I wanted at a price I am very pleased with and I could not be happier.  Kudos to Chris and to Haldeman Ford for making this the best car-buying experience of my life.  I am now a confirmed Haldeman customer, and they will get any and all referrals that come my way

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car at your Hightstown location.  The car is primarily for my 19 year old daughter’s use.  She had a very clear idea as to the type of car she wanted an dhow much she was willing to spend.  Of course, because of her specifics, trying to find the perfect pre-owned car was quite a challenge and we spend a good deal of time searching on our own.  Eventually, we contacted Chris Wells and told him what we wanted.  Dealing with Chris Wells and Rob Morris, was a pleasure.  Together, they located the ideal car within a few days and my daughter is thrilled.  Both Chris and Rob deserve much commendation on their superior customer service skills, understanding and kindness.  I also wanted to mention that every time we stopped in, the general atmosphere and all of the employees were very pleasant.  This was the first time my daughter had dealt with a dealership and the experience could not have been better.  Thank you, Mr. Haldeman, for providing a first-class business.  Both my daughter and I will highly recommend Chris and Rob whenever the opportunity arises
